- Best Practices Manual - this is a guide on setting up OLIve programs. It contains knowledge gained in establishing education programs for refugee students in Europe. The manual may be downloaded and circulated freely. We would appreciate a note to olive@ceu.edu to let us know if you found it useful and what else can be done to improve the manual.
