The OLIve-WP Advocacy Track offers students the possibility to learn how to represent and organize themselves towards advocating for their rights. The track imagines various contexts in which advocacy takes place, such as traditional civil society organization, informal affinity groups, workplace organizing, community associations.
By the end of the program, students will learn how to manage and organize a project or an action, work with experienced advocates, with civil society leaders and fellow students to accomplish their dream action andl have the opportunity to start an internship, a job shadowing or volunteering program at a local organisation.
Student profile:
Students in the Advocacy Track have at least upper-intermediate English, an interest in human rights, labour, migration, environmental or any other relevant societal issue to be addressed during the program in an applied advocacy project.
